Age: 21
What am I studying: The art of Soufflé, the only logical move after just finishing a B.Com, Accounting and Hotel Management?
What year am I: This will be my 4th year At Lincoln (first year not studying)
What I love about Lincoln: the size, it’s great how you can walk around Uni and see heaps of people you know, and that your classes are small enough that you can actually talk to your lectures.  Oh and of course LUSA
Favourite movie: Possibly Baseketball or American History X, maybe Euro Trip or Accepted
Favourite band: Chase and Status, or Nero, or Example
Three things I'd take with me to the moon: A box of Black V, Space Man Sticks, and a Moon hopper
My plans for the year on the exec: to provide solid leadership to the Executive and make this the best year you will have at Lincoln. 2012 is going to be a difficult year, LUSA has had to change and adapt to a new environment in which we operate.  Due to this over the summer holidays we have spent our time at LUSA not only planning the best Orientation week ever but also re-structuring LUSA so that it can give you the best possible services and be the strongest voice possible at Lincoln. 

On the cards for this year we not only have the same awesome events that you love, back and better than ever (such as Garden Party and International Night), but we also will be developing and refining some of the other services we provide such as our communication strategy to you. Further to this in 2012 LUSA wants to solidify what we do in your mind and make sure this is what you want us to be doing.  I do have some other top secret plans up my sleeve but you will have to wait and see these ones roll out throughout the year.

Studying: Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biosecurity and Biotechnology

The best thing about Lincoln is: Awesome grounds, great lecturers and friendly students
My favourite band is: Fall Out boy, Linkin Park
If I could meet someone famous it would be: Alex Ovechkin, Washington Capitals
If I was stranded on a deserted island the 3 things I would not leave behind are: Sunglasses, Ipod, a huge bottle of Canadian Club
During my time on the Exec I want to: Work with all members of the exec to continue the services, events and voice LUSA provides. Make sure Lincoln is instrumental in the crushing of the VSM bill. Keep the students of Lincoln up to date and ahead of the game when it comes to all student issues.

What I love About Lincoln: love the social and relaxed atmosphere at Lincoln, especially the social aspects
Favourite Movie: Waterboy

If I could only Take three things to the moon: pogo stick, a vortex mega howler, and spa pool (filled up).
My Plans for my time on the LUSA Exec: represent ag and science students, help to organize and run some awesome events and get a country artist to garden party

General Executive

Age: 18
What am I studying?: Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology
What year am I?: Second year
What I love about Lincoln: I love the close knit community and the relaxed country feel the university has. I love the wine appreciation society with its tastings, Mrs O's with its great coffee and LUSA and all their awesome events. I love the cheap health care, the quirky lecturers like Buchan and soils labs with Roger. I love Thursday nights at the Springer, I love the library with its free movie hire, I love the rec centre with its cheap student rates. I love Lincoln, it's an awesome university, I'd say the it's the best and I'm looking forward to helping keep it that way.
Favourite movie: Black Sheep
Favourite band: Psych Tigers
Three things I'd take with me to the moon: My computer, a massive geodome/ greenhouse full of plants and animals, and a homebrew setup.
My plans for the year on the exec: to try and get my favourite band to play at a Lincoln event, organise an environmental project through LUSA, meet lots of people, to dress up in a silly costume and to have fun!

Studying: The stars and contemplating life and the possibility of a PhD.
Year: I hope it's going to be a good one!

The best thing about Lincoln is: The people, the place and of course LUSA!
My favourite band is: Kings of Leon, Katchafire, Kora, and many others.
If I could meet someone famous it would be: Nelson Mandela, what an amazing man.
If I was stranded on a deserted island the 3 things I would not leave behind are: My car door so I can wind down the window when it get's hot, my lunchbox in case I get hungry, and my hair dryer in case it rains. Ok, family, friends and a never-ending supply of good food!
During my time on the Exec I want to: grow my hair long, look really hot and get wild at parties! Ok, how about, "Lead the Association through the challenging times and come out smiling at the end."
