If you're ever in doubt, LUSA Reception can help! LUSA is here for you as students, so any questions you may have - come and see us. We will do our best to help or point you in the right direction.
We also have calling cards, metrocards, lost property and more.
Metrocards
LUSA can issue new Metrocards or top up your existing one. Metrocards an ideal card to have if you use the bus regularily as it reduces the fare by 25%. Students are welcome to sign up for a card which costs $10 (or $15 for a Metro Stikki) We can also give you a timetable and information.
Lost or stolen cards need to be replaced at the central station.

Locker Hire
Tired of carrying your books around all day? Hire a locker! LUSA rents lockers for either one or two semesters. First you put a padlock on, then you tell us what number you have occupied. Come to LUSA with the details and pay the small fee. You must also pay a $5 bond which is refundable at the end of the term.
Please note, due to the Christchurch earthquake and closure of campus buildings, lockers are now only available on the ground floor of Burns.
Pricing:
Small Lockers -
$10 for one semester + $5 bond = $15
$15 for one year + $5 bond =$20
Large Lockers -
$15 for one semester + $5 bond = $20
$20 for one year + $5 bond = $25
Lost Property
If you have lost any items on campus, chances are it'll end up at LUSA. We receieve items from departments all around the uni so pop in and see us to identify your lost goods, or flick through an email to lusa.reception@lincoln.ac.nz. (Make sure to include all your details!)
Second-hand Book Sale
The second-hand booksale is an easy way to get rid of your unwanted text books. It is also the perfect place to get books you need at a discounted price. The book sale starts at the beginning of each semester and runs for approximately 3 weeks. We only accept current text books and we only sell on behalf - we DO NOT buy books. Once the sale is over we will organise payment for your books (less 15% commission) or return your books. You have 3-months to collect your books or they will become the property of LUSA. Please email lusa.reception@lincoln.ac.nz if you have any questions or want to check your books are current.
