Journal club is a place for research students and those interested in research to get together and discuss publications from peer-reviewed journals.
Members take turns presenting a paper. But here’s the catch – you’ll be assigned a random discipline to choose your paper from, something completely unrelated to your study. This way we’ll all have a chance to learn something new, and you’re not expected to be an expert on what you’re presenting.
Journal club is a place to connect, learn, and grow your own research. Plus, we have free kai!
