EVENT INFORMATION

Staying Safe

If at any point you feel that you require support or assistance, head over to the Red Frogs trailer outside the event or the LUSA BBQ inside the event, where you can find our wellness volunteers who will be able to assist. Make sure you have something to eat before you come to our event to keep your energy levels up. If you get hungry during the event, LUSA and Red Frogs will be providing free food throughout the event. Ask Security or a LUSA Volunteer to point you in the right direction! Anonymous and free drug testing will be carried out by ‘Know Your Stuff’ at a time and location to be confirmed closer to the event. LUSA does not condone drug use and it’s safest for you not to use drugs, but given some of you may decide to do so despite the risk, our priority is keeping you safe. This checking service is about LUSA doing our bit to ensure everyone returns home safely at the end of the event. Harm reduction counselling will also be provided as part of this service.

Lost Property

LUSA does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged property. If any items are handed in to us during the event, these will be held at the LUSA office and available for collection for 5 working days after the event.
