Thursdays in Black.

Our #TIB Society campaigns for campuses to be safe for everyone.

Thursdays In Black is a student lead movement which was started to bridge a gap that is normalizing the conversation around rape and sexual assault. This is something many people find hard to discuss but in order to change the rape culture in our community the discussion needs to start somewhere. TIB are a presence on university campuses around NZ and here at Lincoln we are here to talk to students and support them when discussing topics like rape and sexual assault. As a club we run events like the sex quiz and activities during SARA week as well as having our weekly Thursday stalls to chat to students. If you care to join we have a facebook page “Thursdays in black at Lincoln uni” and it is open to anyone wanting to support this cause.
