LUSA aims to provide a first rate service to students and we take pride in what we do. Sometimes we may not get it right or make mistakes. We always welcome feedback on how to do things better.
If you have any feedback or wish to make a complaint, please get in touch. Complaints are taken seriously, treated in confidence and we will always look to resolve the issue in a timely manner. In the first instance please contact the relevant person (as per the diagram on the right). If you contact via email, you will be advised that your complaint has been received within 2 working days and we will always let you know of the outcome and involve you in the process as appropriate.
