Hardship Fund.

The Lincoln University Students’ Association (LUSA) is committed to supporting students who are undergoing unforeseen financial hardship.


To apply for a grant from the Hardship Fund, students must be enrolled at Lincoln University. The Fund is available to both domestic and international students.

To be considered for a grant, students must prove they are experiencing an unexpected financial issue that is compromising their studies. The Hardship Fund is a last resort.

Application Form

Submitting a Digital Hardship Fund Application:
  1. Download the digital application form to your computer

  2. Open the application form and fill it out

  3. Email students@lusa.org.nz your completed form alongside the required attachments

LUSA will be taking a break over the Easter holiday. We will resume processing applications when we return on Wednesday 15th April. We encourage you to please continue submitting your application.
