Shipping Policy
Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are sent via standard tracked shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days.
Please note these are estimates only. Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the courier's website.
Delays & Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at accounts@lusa.org.nz and we'll look into it for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty items. For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit only.
Sale and custom items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
